I’m a board certified, licensed Naturopathic Doctor and the founder of The Fertility Reset. I started The Fertility Reset in 2020 because I knew there was an easier, natural, and less-stressful way to get pregnant than many options offered to women by their doctors.
Based on my experience of being a ND, seeing hundreds of patients, and being fertility obsessed for quite a while now, I’ve developed programs, strategies, and support to help you remove any conception obstacles in your way, optimize your fertility, and get pregnant naturally.
I believe that you can get pregnant - even if you’ve been trying for a while, even if lab tests are “normal”, even if fertility procedures haven’t been successful. And I do what I do because I want you to not only get pregnant easily, but have a healthier pregnancy + family in the long- run.

My Story
After graduating from The University of Connecticut, and inspired by a root-cause approach to helping others, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a Naturopathic Doctor. I went to Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona, a 4 year accredited medical school.
After graduation, I practiced on my own and at an integrative clinic in Connecticut. During that time, I saw hundreds of patients and won top Naturopathic Doctor in Connecticut by readers of the Natural Nutmeg magazine.
I left clinical practice because I wanted to help my patients (or clients) in a deeper way, in a way I couldn’t with just short insurance-based office visits. The Fertility Reset allows me to offer virtual programs which dive much deeper into important and transformative areas with you. At the same time, I still offer 1:1 consults so that personalized and bespoke recommendations can be made for your unique case.
There are too many couples suffering with infertility who don’t need to be. I specialize in fertility because it's a great joy to help make dream babies happen. At the same time, I believe I can have the biggest impact in this way. Because not only do I want to help you get pregnant - but also to have a healthier pregnancy and family in the long run.
